Detailed Tour Itinerary :
Day01 - New Delhi: Welcome in India. Evening sound and light show at Red Fort.
Day02 - New Delhi: Daylong sightseeing of Old Delhi (Shahajahanabad) and Lutyen's
Delhi (New Delhi). Evening free to shop around busy Connaught Place.
Day03 - Jaipur: Drive to Jaipur with lunch at Neemrana Fort Palace on the way.
Evening walk in the Pink City to shop in its colorful bazaars.
Day04 - Jaipur: Day sightseeing of the
City Palace Complex and Amber Fort. Visit to a farmhouse for local
Rajasthani dinner.
Day05 - Jaipur: Morning walking tour of some interesting streets and squares of
the Pink City to catch glimpses of the habitual patterns of its
people which even includes attending heart-rending prayers at Sri
Govind Devji temple.
Optional day tour to Sanganer town (for block printing factories) or
a lunch at Samode Palace. Sunset view of Jaipur from the imposing
Nahargarh fort.
Day06 - Agra: Visit the well preserved
capital of Akbar - Fatehpur Sikri on the way. At Agra visit the
incomparable Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
Day07 - Khajuraho: Reach Khajuraho by flight. Guided tour of a few temples.
Day08 - Khajuraho: Morning tour to another group of outstanding temples. Optional
trip to Raneh falls.
Day09 - Varanasi: Reach by flight. Walking tour of a few Ghats and narrow lanes to
feel the pulse of this most sacred city of India.
Day10 - Varanasi: Early morning boat ride on river Ganges to witness holy rituals
on Ghats. A very spiritual experience! Day tour to Sarnath where
Buddha delivered his first sermon.
Day11 - New Delhi: Take the flight back to Delhi. On arrival transfer to hotel.
Evening free to visit one of the many cultural centers of New Delhi.
Day12 - Departure: Transfer to airport at appropriate departure time for onward
journey.
